First thank you for your accept of also adding {{cc-by-sa-4.0}}. I do not think it is a problem if I add the license. I will just add a link like Special:Diff/63034800 to the edit summary. Then everyone can see/check that it is correct that the file was released as GFDL. I have also done it on Commons for users that uploaded thousands of files and there have never been any complaints about that. Perhaps it is best that you check if all the files have the correct source.
